These Campaign Awards will showcase the fantastic campaigning work done by young people from across the country, highlighting their enthusiasm, achievements and impact. The Awards are brought to you by UK Youth Hearing Unheard Voices (HUV) project, working to empower and inspire young people aged 11-18 to campaign and speak out to make real changes. Shortlisted Award individuals and group representatives will be invited to the prestigious HUV Campaign Award Ceremony where winners will be announced. The Ceremony is on the afternoon of 29th Nov at St James Palace, Westminster, London.
To apply you must live in the UK and be between the ages of 11-25 on the 1st of Sept 2011. The awards are open to both individual and group applicants. There are 8 Award Categories that you can apply for and if you apply for more than one each application must be done on a separate form.
1. Biggest impact campaign - tell us how it has really made difference. 2. Outstanding recognition - person deserving a special award for their campaigning work. 3. Most creative campaign - one that has done things differently. 4. Extra mile award - campaigner who went beyond the call of duty. 5. Turning your life around - one whose life has been changed by campaigning. 6. Most youth led initiative - campaign created, planned and run by young people. 7. Best local campaign - a campaign that made a big change to a local area. 8. Successful partnership campaign - one that has brought groups together to achieve the same goals.
Apply for an Award by selecting your Award category, completing a HUV Awards Application Form downloadable from the website and send your completed application to Joe Wyatt (joe@ukyouth.org). The subject of your email should be "HUV Award Application *name of applicant or organisation*".

The deadline for applications is Thursday the 8th of September. Applicants will hear if they are successful during the week beginning the 12th of September.
