First, the club beat off 21 other East Midlands projects to win East Midlands Community Benefit project of the year 2011 in the RICS Awards. ITV weather presenter Lucy Kitehosted the gala dinner and awards ceremony which was held at Nottingham's Belfry Hotel.
The club will now go on to compete in the grand final of the RICS Awards, which will take place in London in October.
The club triumphed again at the LABC Awards, winning the East Midlands Best Community Building Award. The awards ceremony was held at the Marriott Hotel in Leicester and the club will again go on to compete in the national awards final in London.
