Nicolette Cullen is a Senior Consultant at Gleeds and is working as a Lead Adviser as a part of the myplace project. She has over six years experience in Project Management and has considerable experience in working on complex Regeneration Programmes at all stages, from inception to completion. Nicolette has also been involved in PFI and PPP initiatives since 2008 and has been working at portfolio and project levels for both the public sector and for bidders. Previously, Nicolette worked as the lead project manager, responsible for the inception and implementation of regeneration opportunities including community buildings, retail and commercial schemes, and housing, in the Anfield H.M.R.I. area of Liverpool. This involved working closely with Liverpool City Council, residents, young people, Liverpool Football Club and developer partners. In 2007, whilst maintaining a full time Project Manager role and being a mum and wife, Nicolette also took on a Higher Level Management degree. She completed 5 modules, compromising 45 assignments, and wrote a 12,000 word dissertation. Not only did Nicolette manage to complete every assignment, she also managed to get the highest marks on her course for every assignment, including her dissertation. Nicolette enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has two children, aged 8 and 14, who she regularly takes swimming. Shopping is her favourite sport.
