Steve Elliott is a Partner of Gleeds based in the Newcastle office and is chartered quantity surveyor and qualified project manager. He has gained 30 years experience in the provision of Client based professional consultancy services and has worked for both the public sector and private practices where he has spent the majority of his career.

Since joining Gleeds Steve has been involved in a wide variety of projects in most sectors including student halls of residence, large scale office developments, industrial units and warehouses, laboratories and a particular expertise in major leisure facilities including swimming pools, sports halls and hotels.

Steve is experienced in most forms of procurement and contracts currently in use including "fast track" such as two stage tendering and design and build contracts, and partnering contracts including the NEC. He brings a wealth of experience in the understanding of the development process from inception to completion and knowledge of the inputs of the various participants.
