Managing the Support

The team is responsible for coordinating the 7 strands of work and the 6 partners of the support team. They do this through a giant project plan spanning several pages and an array of project spreadsheets. Quarterly meetings of the support team and monthly meetings with the support partners help the day to day management and reporting.

Jeremy is the Managing Director of Hall Aitken and Support Team Leader for the myplace programme.

He started work as a youth worker, employed by the Scout Association in London and then in Glasgow, moving on to support young people setting up businesses in Bathgate, near Edinburgh. Before heading in to management and community regeneration consultancy, Jeremy established a leading local economic development company in Drumchapel, Glasgow and spent a couple of years on the senior management team of Optical Express.
