Revised Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) Thresholds

 

The Office of Government Commerce has released notification of revised OJEU thresholds that will take effect as of 1st January 2010. The thresholds that apply to the procurement directives are re-valued every two years and with the current weakness of Sterling this means that the UK is one of three currencies where the thresholds have actually risen.

 

The table below identifies the OJEU thresholds that will apply as of 1st January 2010:
