Making your partnership work

If you need help to get greater backing from your partners, the support team may be able to help with a partner workshop. We can help by facilitating a workshop that will help to clarify the goals of partners, how each relates to the project and what this means in practice.

You may already have a clear partnership agreement and strong working relationships. But many projects have partners who have ‘signed up in principle' but who have not been fully involved in developing the project. While the project is expecting partners to support with practical help, by providing services, or even by providing funds, the partner organisations may not have fully committed to this.

Our facilitated workshop can help to bring everyone up to speed and build a joint commitment. If there are key challenges, it will help to identify these so you can begin to address them. Joint working is often rewarding but can be difficult too. So contact your Lead Adviser or Regional Champion if you want to discuss this support.
