We'll be running three workshops and clinics to you with anything that's giving you a legal headache. Led by solicitors with in depth understanding of community-based projects the seminars will all involve an overview of key issues and follow up one to one clinics so you can get advice on questions specific to your project.

These seminars are a direct response to issues raised by several projects. They will give you an opportunity to solve any specific legal challenges you know about - and discover if there are others you are not aware of. The first part of each seminar will be an input and chance to discuss:

1. Overall legal format and constitution
2. Relationship of partners and partnership agreements
3. Role of trustees
4. Trading arms
5. Charities
6. Ownership

Then you will have the opportunity for a one to one session to look your own projects and any action you should be taking - now and in the future.  The seminars and clinics will run on:

20^th July in Leeds
21^st July in Birmingham
22^nd July in London
