Thought you might. Well, here is your chance.

By taking part in Your Big Year you could bag yourself a once-in-a-lifetime experience of travelling round the world, meeting with world leaders, celebrities and a host of other inspirational people.  You will gain a global perspective of the difficult issues faced by communities around the world. From creating irrigation solutions in Africa to reaching disenfranchised young people in urban America.

The competition aims to encourage global citizenship and social responsibility through entrepreneurship and is the biggest official event of Global Enterprise Week.  So if you do like the sound of travelling to places such as India, America and Australia, then you'll probably want to find out how. Well, there are a few ways of doing so.

The first is through several ‘Windows of Opportunity', in which you have to complete a particular task in order to progress your application further.

The second is by raising money for a chosen charity. The 12 people who raise the most money will then go through to the final, along with 12 more from the Windows of Opportunity.

Registration is open now until the 22^nd October but the sooner you enter the sooner you can start raising money and increase your chances. Anyone over the age of 18 can enter from anywhere in the world.  So if this sounds appealing to you (and why wouldn't it?) then head over to the Your Big Year website.
