Smarter partnerships

An online interactive toolkit developed by the Employers Organisation for local government (EO).  The toolkit comprises three stages:
  • A health check list for partnerships;
  • Digging deeper – an interactive tools for assessing the partnership in more depth looking at leadership, trust, learning and managing for performance; and
  • Developing skills for partnership working - review the learning and skills needs of the partnership.

The website also gives case study examples and links to other online resources.
