Strategy Support

The team works directly with local authorities to help them develop their strategies. This is not a paper based exercise to produce a document but facilitating partnerships to embed the principles of the strategy in the work of the local authority. Through a set of workshops and toolkits the strategy support team will provide a tailored package to each local authority. |

Paul leads the strategy work stream and provides support for councils and their partners to develop area wide strategies for change for youth facilities.
Claire is a Principal Consultant at Hall Aitken and is the project manager for strategy support. She is also supporting Local Authorities in the West Midlands to develop their strategies in her role as Regional Champion.
